Army Library and Information Service (ALIS)
To access ALIS visit www.armynet.mod.uk, hover over the education tab and click the Army Libraries link. The ALIS website gives access to subscription websites (eg Jane's and the Armed Conflicts Database), links to quality Internet websites, and allows the online searching of the merged books and articles catalogues of all its Army Libraries. One of those Libraries is in Aldershot.

PCL is the military specialist Library of the Army Library & Information Service. It specialises in the provision of information on current military topics and international politics in support of operations, intelligence, training and education by the British Armed Forces. This is achieved by the extensive use of online information, military articles and a wide range of military books. PCL also regularly hosts military author talks; contact the Library for details.

Opening Hours:
Mon-Thurs 0830-1700 hrs, Friday 0830-1630 hrs
Membership: PCL is open to all military personnel, their families, MOD civilians and MOD agency staff.
